Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage.
Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis.
There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us.
They also had breakfast for an additional fee which we didn't get but looked good.
If we ever visit Hanoi again we will definitely return to Acoustic where they go above and beyond to assist you. We were beyond pleased with our stay here.

Had a great 5 days at this hotel everything went perfectly the staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good with lots of verity.
The room was clean and loved the glass bathroom

Nice mid level hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. Very convenient for walking.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The description says it is new in 2025 but it is not. It’s an older building that has has some upgrades. It’s was clean but the curtains were fraying and there were wires exposed in the hallway. It rained really hard and it was loud because we were on the top floor and the roof was tin. The elevator does not go to the top floor so we had to drag our big suitcases up narrow stairs. It was right across from the hospital so it was busy traffic.
Recommend bringing big backpacks instead of suitcases because it is Jared to get around busy streets and narrow corridors.

All the staff particularly Chun were so helpful with all our questions including where to eat and shop. The hotel is located in a great location, easy walk to train street and many of the main attractions. Definately coming back to stay.
