Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There was nothing to like, pictures on the internet while booking were interesting, but when got the room was very dirty there was small Ac unit underneath filled with dirt and dust, tried to help and explain hotel staff and called property manager importance of cleanliness. Due to such conditions i checked out one day earlier and requested one day refund, hotel owner agreed to refund one day to Expedia and stated he will fix the issues highlighted by customer.

First worst experience on Expedia platform, wasn’t the same what I saw online, room fridge out of order, air conditioner will work after 15 march,overflowing showering floor, hand basin tap handle missing, no hot water cattle in room(basic) no drinking water supplied aunts spiders and cockroaches in rooms lots of outside noise early in the morning. I would like to request refund of the part of the payment.
