The hotel is really beautiful, well decorated and designed in antique Thai style, and clean. There's an area you can enjoy breakfast and dinner riverside. The room I stayed is a superior room which is so comfortable. The staffs are friendly and really helpful. I forgot earphones in the room and they made it available to pick up at the front desk right before I requested. We had a bottom floor room and although it was neat, the noise from the wooden floors above was like elephants running around, especially if they have kids. The restaurant was ok but room service food and food ordered at the pool near the lobby takes a long time. I ordered a club sandwich and by the time I got it the bread was all soggy because it was wrapped in plastic and had sweated for 5 minutes before it was delivered. If you plan on seeing the local attractions, don't go on weekends or public holidays because that's when everyone is there and you will be in single lane traffic for hours. We cancelled several tours because of this. We did manage to see fire flies which we didn't think were real until one flew into the boat we were in which was the highlight of the trip for me.
