9.8/10 Exceptional! (1,005 reviews)
Property is expansive and immaculately maintained. In the off season it felt as if we had rented the entire beautiful property. Lots of walking and stairs — be warned. Everyone very eager to assist and please. Food is fine but unimaginative and ridiculously expensive. Cocktails are great, but still priced for NYC.

Hello,
My wife and I stayed here for 4 days. The service was incredible, breakfast included , and they even upgraded our room. Would recommend anyone to stay here if they never have visited Costa Rica. The staff provided great service and recommendations. It felt like I was in the show White Lotus lol

"Not sure what is going on with place. It used to be good. Now, they overcharge for absolutely everything, The room was filthy with visible stains, and the casino environment felt highly unsafe due to girls actively robbing money from the customers."
