Normally, I am a satisfied customer at Larsa, but this time around anything that could go wrong went wrong and I did not get much support from the management staff. I was double charged for the room because of a faulty telephone line to process the credit card and after repeated attempts to resolve this matter and to remove one of the charges, I was told to deal with the issue with the credit card processing company and my bank and it's still hanging. Also, both soap dispensers in my room empty for a day and 1/2 of my 2 day stay. I had to remind them several times to come and fill it. Also, I reserved a king size bed and paid extra for this. The room I received was a king, but within 1 hr I was hearing several voices from the walls and vents. I heard a very loud preacher preaching, I heard a singer singing, I heard people talking loudly etc...They moved me to a double bed room which was quieter and cheaper, but I didn't get the cheaper price. The buffet breakfast was good as usual. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend Larsa to any of my family, friends and tour operators. Very disappointed and once they learn more about customer service then I will return.
