Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass am Freitag um 06:00 mit der Teppichreinigungsmaschine im Flur vor meinem Zimmer die Reinigung des Teppichs durchgeführt wurde. (PS: Keinen Staubsauger, sondern eine Teppichreinigungsmaschine). Mit einem Lärm, der an einer Hubschrauberlandung erinnert, geweckt zu werden ist verstörende Erfahrung. 2\. Die Türdrücker an den Zimmern haben nicht richtig funktioniert (obwohl noch mit einem analogen Schluss mit Schlüssel ausgestattet). -Eines Tages bin ich zu meinem Zimmer zurückgekehrt und die Zimmertür stand offen! 3\. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr bemüht alles richtig zu machen. Scheint aber nicht ausreichend geschult worden zu sein. Reinigung der Zimmer wird morgens durchgeführt. The hotel was old style with one key provided between two people. Have not they heard of magnetic cards? The safe deposit box proved cumbersome in the assigned room which has necessitated room change. Carpet and drapes were dirty but beds and bathroom were clean. The hotel is not new but it was very well-maintained and I was comfortable in my room. The front desk staff spoke very good English and were able to direct me easily to the places I wanted to go. I went to the spa in the ajoining hotel where I received one of the best deep tissue massages ever courtesy of Pamela.
