Really enjoyed our stay. We arrived late and the bar was closed however they opened it for us and allowed us to relax and wind down after our flight. Friendly service

Welcoming and Peaceful
Friendly staff, chatty and helpful. Lovely outdoor area by the pool and garden area complete with cats and kittens. Plenty of parking spaces and within easy walking distance for sightseeing in Madaba.

12hours in Madaba
Rulla at front desk was great, and spoke very good English. I was given all the bottled water I cared for. The shower was hot with good pressure. The bed was very firm. A/C in the Middle East is not lightly utilized, so my room was hot upon arrival. I was granted an extra key to use in the room's power device so that the room could cool sufficiently during my Madaba walk-around tour, such that I could nap comfortably upon my return. I did not utilize the pool, which is small, but was being cleaned while I sat pool-side, and looked very clean and inviting. There seemed to be ample parking behind the hotel. I was allowed to check in early, and enjoyed a walking tour given by an avid Madaba resident and history buff.

the staff was very honest and retuned our jewelry when checked back to this same hotel 2 days after checking out. i liked the honesty of the staff. Cons: The property needs an on site laundry facility. There is dry clean services but having a washer and dryer on property will be greatly appreciated by travelers, specially those with young kids.

Loved the facility and the location. This is definitely a new building and is much nicer than other accommodations in the area. The rooms feels a bit smaller than the pictures suggest. Provided breakfast is more than adequate. Overall would return again

Disappointing
Firstly - the good points : Excellent spacious bedroom and shower. One of the best hotel rooms experienced in Jordan - complete with all facilities ( Fridge, kettle, safe, etc ). The pool area provided great relaxing environment. However - the negative points : Breakfast was a shambles. Staff were just not interested in serving customers - to the point of being positively rude. One of the great things when visiting Jordan is the friendly service and welcome you get at hotels ( and elsewhere ). Yet at this hotel the staff simply ignored guests - either due to poor training or insufficient staff. Simple requests for tea, coffee or cooked breakfasts were ignored. The hotel has great potential - but let down by poor customer service. Until the customer service problems are addressed I could not recommend the hotel.

Clean modern hotel
New looking hotel in great location within walking distance to shops/restaurants/mosaic church in Madaba. The front staff was very helpful/friendly. The breakfast buffet is large/delicious. free parking in back of the hotel. The bathroom was very small with little counter space. Dogs running lose woke us up barking very early morning. There was no toilet paper in room-- had to ask for it. Refridgerator did not work.

Lovely hotel, wonderful staff
We decided to stay here in Madaba, rather than going to Amman, because of the pool, which turned out to be an excellent choice, as Jordan had a heatwave over the first bit of our stay! The hotel is lovely and modern, very clean, and the pool area is also clean and well-maintained. The staff were really pleasant and helpful as well, so we were really happy with our stay.

Très bien situé dans Madaba. Hôtel récent avec piscine. Excellent petit déjeuner. Idéal pour rayonner alentours, Madaba étant plus agréable que Amman pour séjourner.

Boutique hôtel solo all’apparenza
Abbiamo trascorso una notte a Madaba nel nostro tour in Giordania. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché sembrava moderno e con piscina. Dopo il tour alla mattina abbiamo preso possesso della camera con dimensioni più piccole di quanto segnalato. Bagno microscopico e con doccia scomoda e fatiscente. Piscina inutilizzabile nel pomeriggio perché all’ombra. Colazione un disastro. Diciamo che se proprio dovete dormire a Madaba, questa é una soluzione accettabile. Peccato perché é nuovo l’hotel ma in poco tempo sarà da rifare se mantenuto così!

apparenza non sempre " comparenza "
L'albergo si presenta bene ( hall, piscina, bar ). Ho soggiornato sia in una tripla che in una singola. Camere ampie con bagno privato. Personale gentile, anche se non molto proattivo. I bagni hanno tutti lo stesso problema, vetro della doccia corto per cui si allaga facilmente, serve a poco il rubinetto digitale e il mega soffione, rimangono prodotti a basso costo come pure il reggi asciugamano messi solo per fare scena. Al posto dei mini flaconcini inquinanti sarebbe opportuno installare due dosatori. La colazione buona ( ma non eccellente ). Se sei un albergo a " più stelle " che strizza l'occhio al continente europeo ti dovresti dotare di una macchina per hotellerie che fa caffè, caffè americano, espresso, cioccolata cappuccino etc e non due thermos con pompa uno per l'americano e l'altro per l'acqua calda. Le marmellate erano nelle confezioni monodose ( tutta gelatina, la frutta era la foto stampata sull'etichetta ), croissant o cornetti nemmeno l'ombra solo dei muffin, unica nota positiva il sous chef addetto alle frittate fatte al momento. Con 10 jd si riesce anche a cenare e devo dire in maniera soddisfacente.

Prachtig hotel, mooie locatie, mooie binnentuin en gratis parkeren. Kamer was ietwat minimaal voor voor de prijs helemaal prima. Echter 1 groot minpunt; wij vertrokken redelijk vroeg in de ochtend/nacht omdat wij een vroege vlucht hadden en toen we opstonden stonk onze kamer ontzettend naar pis. In de badkamer hier zo'n zure lucht dat je er niet kon zijn (letterlijk met de neus dicht tanden staan poetsen) en ook aan de raamzijde hing een er penetrante geur. Geen idee wat er aan de hand was, maar het was absoluut niet gezond. Geur maakte me kotsmisselijk en heeft nog zeker een half uur in mijn neus gehangen. Hopelijk een eenmalig iets, wellicht een verstopt riool, maar voor ons een smet op een overnachting die verder uitstekend zou zijn!
