This one room cottage has all the makings of a simple getaway: hammock, BBQ, private sand spit and fire pit. Quintessential summer, minutes from downtown of Amherstburg. Well suited to young families, girls' weekends, couples getaways, and anyone just looking for a bit of quiet. The small beach is perfect for building sandcastles with tikes, or digging your lawn chair in and watching the sunset; the large deck is a great place to pass the afternoon, BBQ-ing and watching the freighters go by, the hammock is the place to polish off your summer reading list. There is a bike lane along Front Road, for cyclists wanting to pop into town; or head to the wine route. The Cottage makes a perfect jump-off point for: exploring the EPIC wine route, city of Windsor, Boblo Island, Town of Amherstburg, Holiday Beach, Point Pelee National Park.
