We loved staying at this hotel! My only complaint is that the elevator is very slow and with luggage the stairs could be difficult. Otherwise, I will gladly stay at the D again if I’m in the area. Breakfasts were great!

Hotel UMass
We found 3 bugs in our room- they weren’t bed bugs maybe some type of stink bug the very kind manager suggested. For the price we had to pay for grad weekend we shouldn’t have been forced to deal with dead bugs. The hotel is old, out dated and had a musty smell. The manager was so nice but that is ...

Red Roof Inn PLUS+ South Deerfield – Amherst
We arrived around 8:30 pm and there was nobody at the front desk. We rang the bell and called front desk only to hear it ring and ring. The lady finally came back about 15 minutes later. Not acceptable and very dissapointing
