"The Good: Friendly Staff & Cleanliness: The staff members were wonderful and very accommodating throughout our stay. The property itself was kept very clean. Breakfast & Perks: Breakfast was great! We really enjoyed the free, convenient coffee and tea station. The paid snack station was also a nice touch and very handy for the kids. Areas for Improvement: Noise Level: The location is close to downtown, which makes getting around convenient, but it was unfortunately very loud at night, making it difficult to sleep. Pool Safety & Temperature: The pool area needs some attention. The water was quite chilly, and more importantly, the handrail leading into the pool was shaky and felt unsafe. Hopefully management can fix this quickly. Workspace Accessibility: The conference/working booths would be a great feature if they were made accessible to individual guests looking for a quiet space to work."
