The neighbourhood is lovely and it is very convenient to most things in Ames. We enjoyed using the backyard bbq and hosted extended family one evening. The bedrooms are a good size and the living space worked well for us too. It was very clean on arrival and the agent was very responsive when we requested a couple of items during our stay. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped but we did find it was missing some needed items.
