The flat is on the first floor with a large vaulted living area with a mezzanine, full of light with windows on two sides and on the roof. The property still retains period features including original oak beams. Converted with luxury and comfort in mind, it makes for a memorable stay. The space The entire property is newly converted with boutique and luxury fittings and furnishings throughout. You'll have two fantastic social spaces including a plump leather sofa within the sitting area of the open kitchen, which also has a lovely breakfast bar. There is a further peaceful lounge area on the mezzanine floor with comfy armchairs and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing with a glass of fizz or a cup of tea after a day out walking the beautiful Chiltern countryside. When you're looking to put your head down for the night there is a large, super comfortable king bedroom accompanied by an ensuite shower room. Next door is another cozy double bedroom with views across the orchard and Misbourne River. There is a separate bathroom, which has a lovely big bath. The layout is ideal for small families, two couples, or even a couple who prefer having the space to themselves. The kitchen facilities are all new and include a super Bosch induction hob, oven and separate microwave. The living area has a built-in sound system so one can stream their favorite music service just from their phone. There is plenty of storage space in the main bedroom in addition to the downstairs lobby area for jackets, brollies, and boots. Guest access Guests can access the property remotely and have access to the entire flat. Additional rules NO Parties NO Smoking NO Pets IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
