"Wir haben diese Unterkunft über Fewo-direkt gebucht, weil sie ausdrücklich als „Haustiere erlaubt“ gekennzeichnet war. Vor der Buchung haben wir über den Portal-Chat mit einem Belvilla-Mitarbeiter kommuniziert und die Mitnahme von zwei Hunden bestätigt bekommen – schriftlich.Kurz vor Anreise verweigerte uns der Gastgeber jedoch die Mitnahme der Hunde, da diese angeblich nicht angemeldet seien. Obwohl wir den Nachweis (Chat-Verlauf, Bestätigung durch Fewo-direkt) vorgelegt haben, bot Belvilla weder eine Lösung noch eine Ersatzunterkunft an. Wir mussten kurzfristig selbst eine andere Unterkunft finden und hatten dadurch zusätzliche Kosten.Die Unterkunft selbst konnten wir deshalb gar nicht nutzen. Unser Eindruck: Angaben zur Tierfreundlichkeit sind nicht verlässlich, auch schriftliche Zusagen wurden nicht eingehalten. Für Reisende mit Hunden können wir diese Unterkunft (und Belvilla als Vermittler) leider nicht empfehlen."
