Neben dem Haus "Concara" gibt es noch drei weitere Ferienhäuser auf dem Grundstück (Murella, Dolina und Dolinetta), die größer sind und einen Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung haben. Das Haus passt sich toll in die wunderschöne Natur ein und lässt einen ganz wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen. Ab vom sonstigen Tourismus kann man die Strände und Dörfer in kurzer Zeit erreichen, hat aber am Haus totale Ruhe und Entspannung - das war uns wichtig. Die zum Haus gehörende große Wiese ist toll zum Spielen gewesen mit unserem Sohn und das ganze Anwesen bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Erholen, Spielen, Erkunden, Genießen. Lebensgefühl in Lerici/La Spezia und die Ruhe oben auf dem Berg. Ottavio ist ein außerordentlich netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Gespräche mit ihm waren sehr interessant und anregend. Die Empfehlungen von ihm zu Einkauf/Restaurants/Olivenöl etc.sind wirklich prima. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,gerade am Wochenende, in der direkten Nähe des Ferienhauses fehlen, sollte man sich schon bei der Anreise eine "Grundausstattung" besorgen, Sarzana eignet sich sehr gut dazu. Bei der Anreise sollte man sich genau an die Anweisungen Ottavios halten, denn teilweise meint man, "das kann nicht stimmen!" Sie führen aber tatsächlich zum Ziel. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!! Es ist ein kleines und sehr gemütliches und liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen mit allem was man braucht um sich zu entspannen zu wandern und die Abende am Ofen zu genießen mit einem Buch. Eine sehr schöne voll ausgestattete Küche, welche wir auch fast täglich genutzt haben. In den Wintermonaten, wenn mit Ofen geheizt wird, kann es im Schlafzimmer OG kühl werden/bleiben, da das Thermostat im UG ist. Da unten ein Schlafsofa vorhanden ist kann man entsprechend ausweichen. Die Hausherren haben wir nicht persönlich getroffen, es lief dennoch alles reibungslos ab und wir haben uns per Telefon und Chat abgestimmt. Es war insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit! Otto the owner of the place was very welcomming and speaks english very well. The house is very nicely decorated and we felt at home immediately. The bed was the best we had so far and we slept like angels. The views from the garden where never boring. During our Stay we visited the cinque terre by. Das Häuschen ist klein, hat aber alles, was man als Paar für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Auf dem weitläufigen und harmonisch gestalteten Gelände findet man immer wieder neue Ruheplätze unter Bäumen im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Für Erfrischung sorgt eine Außendusche und ausruhen kann man in der Hängematte. Auf schmalen Wanderwegen lässt sich die unmittelbare Umgebung und das direkt angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet erkunden und man gelangt zu den unter steil abfallenden Felsen verborgenen Badebuchten. Weitere, leicht zu erreichende und frei zugängliche Bademöglichkeiten findet man in u. a. bei Lerici und natürlich entlang der Küste in Richtung Viareggio. Sehr gute Wandermöglichkeiten auf markierten Wegen (rot-weiß) bieten die Alpi Apuane, allerdings sollte man, will man höher hinaus, bergerfahren sein, ausreichend Proviant dabei haben und in den Monaten Juli und August Sonne und Hitze vertragen. Die Marmorsteinbrüche bei Carrara sind ein Thema für geologisch und kulturgeschichtlich interessierte Reisende. Sportliche Radfahrer kommen auf dem bewaldeten Rücken zwischen Meer und dem Fluss Magra auf ihre Kosten. Man startet direkt vom Haus aus und fährt die ca.40 km lange Runde mit etwa 800 HM entweder in nordwestlicher Richtung über Lerici oder entgegengesetzt über das reizende Örtchen Montemarcello. Dort sollte man nicht versäumen, im Cafee delle Ragazze eine Pause zu machen. Die Cinque Terre erkundet man am besten auf einer der zahlreichen Bootstouren, die in Lerici oder von La Spezia starten. Ottavio ist ein sehr herzlicher und zugleich diskreter Gastgeber, der um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt ist und einem das Gefühl gibt, willkommen zu sein. The house is in the middle of a park with lawn, olive and other trees and a wineyard. Our two dogs also had a great time. There are hiking trails and mountain bike trailes right outside the property. The mountain bike trails are spectacular, going from fairly easy to expert level. Octavio is incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt at home from the first moment on. ##### Christoph J. Verified ### 10/10 Excellent #### gottfried m. 8 Apr 2018 #### Perfekter Urlaub Wir 2 Erw. mit Hund haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Das Häusschen ist ideal für 2 Personen, schön eingerichtet, die Küche sehr gut ausgerüstet, geschlafen haben wir besser als zuhause. Die Umgebung paradiesisch, leider konnten wir nicht sehr lange draussen sitzen, da immer ein kalter Wind blies. Dafür haben wir viel Zeit lesend vor dem Kaminofen verbracht, sehr gemütlich und schön wärmend. Die Lage ist gerade für Wanderer ideal. Wir sind jeden Tag für 2-4 Std. in eine andere Richtung losgezogen. Man kann Rundwanderungen machen, eine Karte ist vorhanden, oder für den Rückweg den öffentlichen Bus benutzen. Vorher aber unbedingt den Fahrplan konsultieren, da die Busse nicht sehr oft verkehren. Für den Hund sollte man den Maulkorb dabeihaben, wurde von einem schon vorher genervten Busfahrer verlangt. Wir durften dann doch noch im hinteren Teil mitfahren. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es auch Routen für Mountenbiker und auf der Strasse sieht man häufig Velofahrer. Aber es geht zu Fuss oder per Rad steil bergauf. Zum einkaufen geht man am besten nach Lerici oder Sarzana, die Läden in den kleinen Dörfern haben wirklich ein sehr bescheidenes Angebot, jedoch haben wir immer frisches Brot bekommen. In Tellaro gab es eine kleine Auswahl von Gemüse. Wir haben auf der Hinfahrt einen Grosseinkauf gemacht und später nochmals bei einem Besuch in Sarzana, Wein kann man bei Ottavio kaufen. Der Kühlschrank ist zum Glück sehr gross, so konnten wir die restliche Zeit das Auto stehen lassen. Für uns war es ein sehr erholsamer, perfekter Urlaub, wie wir es uns gewünscht haben in wunderschöner ruhiger Umgebung mit einem aufmerksamen Gastgeber. Grazie mille ##### gottfried m. Casale/cottage meraviglioso per passare qualche giorno in mezzo al verde e nella tranquillità più assoluta senza essere completamente isolati. Bellissimo punto di partenza per chi ama passeggiate panoramiche sul mare. Piccolo da risultare quasi "tenero", curato nei minimi dettagli per un soggiorno veramente indimenticabile. Il problema vero è andarsene senza uno strappo al cuore! Proprietari (molto fortunati) sempre gentilissimi e disponibili.
