Literally our only complaint was we booked here specifically and in the specific room type for the thatched roof experience. Confirmed twice that our room would have the thatched roof inside and not the hardwood ceiling. Our room had the ceiling. Most rooms have the ceiling. They need to update their photos to more accurately show the experience."

"I We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, including providing some really good recommendations for local places to visit and eat. There was one personal issue during our stay, but the staff handled it promptly and professionally, and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I really appreciated how responsive they were. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. The excellent staff and customer service really made a difference!"
