Servers very nice especially Beverley. Pool area pretty and clean. The not so good- we had to ask several times to get our room cleaned, it wasnt automatic and one day they just left 2 bottles of water by the dood, no service (also no DND signs) Our room was on an end and the back outdoor space was basically shared with staff cleaning things and handling recycling so it was not private at all and it was noisey. The AC units were so incredibly loud we couldn't use it at night. Weve been to belize 5 times and this was very disappointing. Also, i wouldn't stay here if you want quiet, it was overrun with screaming kids all day- we couldn't us the pool because it was too crowded.
