Very clean and quiet the beds were super comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful!

We had a good stay. The indoor pool wasn’t very warm, although they did have a hot tub too. The hot tub was nice and warm. The breakfast was better than a continental breakfast but not sure it was worth $9. Has a nice gym.

Waited 5 min for the front desk person to come back to the desk to check me in then went tp the hot tub tried to turn the just on and switch was broken. It appeared to have been broken for a very long time.

There was no tub stopper and no shampoo or soap in room and the room that was originally booked was broken and is very disappointing

Overall was a good stay, had some red stains on the toilet paper when my wife went to use the bathroom. The jets in the hot tube did not function. The food for breakfast was not worth the money we paid for it.

It was a easy and smooth check-in with the friendly staff. I was so tired after a 12 hour drive it was wonderful be in such a comfortable bed in a quiet room. I'll definitely stay here again.

Great stay next to the Big Texan
Overall, the 2-day trip at the Holiday Inn in Amarillo, the one next to the Big Texan, was excellent. The room was spacious, modern-looking, quiet, had comfortable beds n pillows, and had plenty of storage and hanging hooks which made it easy to organize visually. The water pressure when showering was not strong, but okay. The breakfast on Saturday morning was cold and biscuits were hard. Much better Sunday morning. The lobby staff were friendly and much appreciated.
Close proximity to Palo Duro Canyon…must vist this canyon at least once in your lifetime.

Smelly
The Hotel itself was very nice bedsides the horrid sewage smell on the fourth floor. Checked in at around 10:30 pm then reported the smell. I was told we were the first persons to report it all day.

Great, Clean stay!
This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly, and the bar had great fast service. It is also in walking distance of the Big Texan which is very convenient.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable beds. Our only complaint was small bath towels only 2 provided and the shower curtain didn’t keep water in the tub. Definitely a great place.
