Our philosophy is simple--why pay for stuff you don't need? Like for space you won't use because there are just two of you? And how about deposits, linen charges or crazy cleaning fees? Isn't traveling expensive enough? We thought so too, and designed our house to meet your needs--whatever they are. You always get a private stay in a place to call your own at a fair price. From one to seven guests, McKinley House expands to meet your needs. Our base price includes two guests. McKinley House is located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood just minutes from I-40 and I-27\. In total, the house is 1,226 sq. ft. and has a living area, dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room, patio, outdoor grill, fenced backyard with kids play area, and up to three bedrooms. Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi and Fire TV with Max and Prime Video. Guests have access to the gym, sauna and garage at no additional cost. When booking, you are getting a private stay. Bedrooms are available depending on your needs and the number of guests you book, so please be sure to indicate the total number of guests who will be staying overnight. KING SUITE: The King Suite is a 192 sq. ft. room featuring a king size bed with 14" plush memory foam mattress, nightstand, lamp, sleep sound machine with alarm clock, dresser, mirror, computer desk with lamp and chair, 39" flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. The suite has a private bathroom with a shower and a large walk-in closet. This room accommodates two guests.
