Front desk was excellent. Our room was out of order that we booked and they accommodated us for the inconvenience. The hotel was great. Comfortable room and free breakfast was a plus! Location was excellent. I don't remember the name of the nice woman who helped us at front but she had an accent and she was great. I think the manager on duty's name was Jeffrey both excellent say was on May 1 to May 2. My husband also left his jacket in the shuttle service and they were able to find it and will ship back to our house in Florida.

We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton location. The room was very spacious compared to other manhattan hotels. The property is I a great location, close to many attractions and food options. No excessive noise despite being in the heart of the city. The staff was great but especially the first level bag/concierge gentlemen. They were especially friendly and handled our items with care. We were also running late to our train but thanks to one gentleman’s quick service we were able to make it on time.
