"Pros: -close to the airport, -complimentary hourly shuttle to/from the airport (need to preregister) -rooms and beds are clean and well maintained Cons: -rooms not especially soundproof, you can hear very well both airplanes outside and people talking in the hallway - breakfast is average, food is cold, not enough staff in the breakfast room - wi-fi is not complimentary, you need to be a member to have free wi-fi"

"I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and my expectations have always been met. It is a convenient place to stay if you arrive late or have an early departure. A simple walk across the courtyard and you are in the terminal. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. There is plenty to choice from and a good selection of healthy foods is there for those looking to stay healthy: even when on vacation. The staff members are helpful and will go out of their way to assist as you navigate the hurdles of travel. I recommend this hotel and I will continue to use it for all my adventures in Chile."

"Outstanding Stay – Exceptional Hospitality and Service! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, everything was excellent. The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated. The hotel was beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and offered a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The accommodations were excellent, and the attention to detail truly made a difference. What impressed me the most was the outstanding hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where you genuinely feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The entire team clearly takes pride in providing an exceptional experience. As a traveler, I truly appreciate great service, cleanliness, comfort, and a welcoming environment, and this hotel delivered on every level. "The location was excellent. The staff were brilliant, very helpful. They even tried to help us with our problem of delayed baggage at the airport. They didn’t have to. The room was a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was good. It was useful having the bar open when you got back to the hotel late in the evening. I would recommend this hotel if staying in Santiago."

"Good location to access trains, bus terminals, and the airport. Basic clean room with TV. Complimentary glass of wine and finger food, a nice touch. Good free breakfast. Secure bohemian area with incredible architecture. Metro station at 200 m; what else can you ask for? For the price, you get a lot."
