"Booked this hotel because we were visiting my sister- in-law and brother- in-law for the weekend. Was a little skeptical at first, after we went to our room and there was about 2 inches of water on the carpeted floor (below the A/C unit). Went downstairs and informed the front desk, who apologized and gladly moved us to another room. The good things about the room was it was on the top floor near the elevator. The room was clean, but had a little musty smell, which dissipated after we turned on the A/C. There was a flavored ice water available 24/7, by the elevator, nice and cold. We really didn't use the breakfast service, because we slept in until 10 a.m. but it looked like a fair amount of items; pancakes, sausage, bagels, toast, cereal and coffee/tea. Really the only negatives I can think of was some kind of kid based sports event was going on and they were running up and down the hall. The day shift front desk employees were not overly friendly, and they were a little "unkempt". The dude's hair was shoulder length and hung over his face, which was a little weird. Not what one would suspect for this line of work. All and all, would recommend staying here if for a short weekend visit, because it was cheaper than the Hampton Inn next door and they did honor our military discount. If you want bare minimum at a lower rate, this is the place. If you want the quality of a Hampton Inn, then book the Hampton Inn."
