The best time to go to Alto Paraíso is during the dry season, which runs from May to September.During these months, you'll experience sunny days and lower humidity, making it ideal for exploring the region's natural beauty. The trails to the waterfalls and viewpoints are less muddy and easier to navigate, and outdoor activities like hiking and canyoning are more enjoyable. The average daily temperatures are pleasant, typically ranging from 20 to 28 degrees Celsius. For those looking to fully experience the natural attractions, particularly the waterfalls, the dry season offers the clearest waters and best conditions for swimming and photography. The reduced rainfall means less chance of disruptions to your plans due to weather. While the wet season (October to April) brings lush greenery and fuller waterfalls, it also means higher humidity, more frequent rain showers, and potentially more challenging trail conditions.
