Upon my arrival it was great, they let me check in early and everything. The room that I got wasn’t the best. It was a bit dusty, there were spider webs in the shower , the shower was overflowing but I thought ahh i got what I paid for. But when I mentioned the issues they immediately apologized, and offered a new room. The new room I was given was amazing. I truly appreciated them correcting it immediately. Wilton was amazing.

The room was disgusting, the room had a nasty odor. The room was dusty. The staff had our luggage out in the open with nobody watching it.
