"Excellent customer service! We did some research about the area and knew it would be cold at night with limited heat, so we packed accordingly. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! We liked the fact that we had a safe place to stay without having to rush the trip and try to see everything in one day. Did Tiwanaku and museums on day one and Puma Punku on day two. "Great views over the lake, spacious rooms and Alpacas roaming the grounds. We had a nice stay, the rooms can be little cold as the window seals aren’t great (we were there on a windy night). It is a little further from town than I expected but a taxi to the Main Street is only 10 Bolivianos. Staff were friendly and provided detailed info about the area. "
