Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und außerdem sehr geräumig. Man hatte ausreichend Platz mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Der Außenbereich ist groß und funktionell. Die Gegend ist ruhig aber viele schöne Aussichtspunkte und Strandabschnitte sind in nur wenigen Kilometern erreichbar. Avevamo portato da casa la bicicletta per mia figlia più piccola e ne abbiamo noleggiata una nel negozio del paese per l'altra figlia (negozio Bikers): abbiamo potuto così godere della bellissima ciclabile che ci ha permesso anche di sportarci piacevolmente scegliendo di variare nelle varie tipologie di spiagge molto vicine tra loro, passando da quelle di ghiaia e sassi alle vicine con sabbia. Il mare é pulito, la bandiera blu é una conferma. Le varie spiagge sono attrezzate e c'é anche la possibilità , se necessario, di fare la doccia calda con pochi centesimi . Comodo il supermercato fronte casa , la spiaggia vicino a casa e i servizi nei dintorni (panificio , farmacia , edicola , alimentari, vari .... ) .Bello anche il parco dei Due ponti che si trova nelle vicinanze, un ampio spazio verde ben tenuto con qualche gioco anche per i più piccoli. Un giorno abbiamo voluto fare un'escursione nel Conero portando le figlie al rilascio delle tartarughe (Tartaday) e il porto di partenza Numana é raggiungibile in soli 40 minuti di macchina ! A proposito, si mangia proprio bene nelle Marche, ovviamente buonissimi i piatti di mare in questa parte costiera ma consiglio anche di provare "la cucina di terra" visitando con l'occasione qualche bellissimo borgo. ##### ROSANNA G. Ubicato a pochi minuti dall'uscita della A14 a Pedaso, si raggiunge facilmente. Il parcheggio sempre libero fronte-casa facilita le operazioni di carico/scarico bagagli. La cucina è super-attrezzata, non manca veramente niente. La presenza di un garage è un plus molto gradito per chi come noi ha già visto la propria auto martoriata da una grandinata estiva. La proprietaria si è dimostrata molto disponibile quando abbiamo dovuto slittare di un giorno la data del nostro nostro arrivo, permettendoci di recuperarlo alla fine. La ringraziamo di questo, e per averci permesso di usare le biciclette. Dintorni: La località è molto più tranquilla rispetto alle vicine e affollate Cupra e Grottammare. Il comune di Altidona cura molto la pulizia delle strade e la raccolta differenziata è organizzata al meglio. I bagni di Marina sono molto curati, va detto però che le spiagge sono prevalentemente di ghiaia. Avendo dei bambini che amano fare castelli, abbiamo optato per una spiaggia più sabbiosa a Pedaso (Matepaya). I quasi 2km a piedi fino alla nostro bagno si sono rivelati una gradevole passeggiata quotidiana. Spazi perfetti per la nostra famiglia di 4 persone, 2 adulti + 2 bambini. L'appartamento è situato a due passi dal mare in una zona residenziale tranquilla, ma ben servita. Il supermercato si trova di fronte all'appartamento e in zona si trovano gelateria, panificio, pescheria... Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto la dotazione dell'appartamento: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aspirapolvere! E la vicinanza al mare cristallino. Trovata sul sito homeway ci è subito piaciuta.La disponibilità della signora Marina è stata eccezzionale, La casa ben arredata,pulita e molto ordinata,arredamento adeguato ad una casa vacanze,cucina separata attrezzata di tutto per passare tranquillamente la vacanza senza problemi Spaziosa e dotata di due terrazze e giardino dove potersi rilassare dopo una giornata al mare. La zona è ottimamente servita di tutti i servizi (ristoranti,supermercato ecc)per stare bene....tutto a due passi dalla spiaggia con un bellissimo mare. Die Ausstattung der Küche war wunderbar. Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Die Vermieterin ist super nett, war jederzeit ansprechbar.
