(499 reviews) The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). It is so warm, the staff is i creditable, the massage therapist is the best, the front desk was so helpful, the dinning staff are better than the best restaurants in the U.S., house keeping os the best I have every seen, and Marco in the bar is my new best friend. I wish I could have stayed longer. They are the beat and I look forward to my next visit. Do yourself a favor and book this place for you next vacation.
