Vacation home close to the Baltic Sea with water views of the Bodden

Built in 2025, this holiday home is located in Nisdorf, a quiet village on the Barther Bodden, about 300 metres from the water.

From the terrace and the living room on the upper floor, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the water. The area around Stralsund is an ideal starting point for fishing, boat tours, stand-up paddleboarding, or bike rides through nature.

With 115 square metres of space, the house offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. While the adults relax in the sauna and hot tub or by the fire in the wood-burning stove, the children can enjoy foosball and a video game console.

The house features two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an additional sleeping option on a sleeper sofa.

The listed price includes bed linens, towels, and cleaning. Electricity is included in the price up to 150 kWh; any usage beyond that will be billed at cost (€0.45/kWh). A wallbox is available (at an additional cost).

One dog is allowed upon request. Please understand that the dog must stay on the ground floor (not upstairs near the bedrooms). Thank you very much!
