This comfortable and high-quality semi-detached house welcomes you on two floors. In addition to the cozy bedrooms that promise you privacy, the inviting, comfortable and bright living room combines family life cooking, eating, playing and relaxing. Everything has been thought of here, so all you need to do is relax and feel at home.

So plenty of space to spend a wonderful vacation home vacation on Rügen with your loved ones. In summer, the terrace invites you to sunbathe, while the children can run around in the fresh island air. Altefähr is located in the very southeast of the island of Rügen, directly on the Strelasund. From the small harbor and the beach promenade you can enjoy the view over the water, over the roofs and church towers of the historic old town of Stralsund. The modern beach promenade and the wide sandy beach invite you to stroll and linger, and the shallow water on the beach is especially attractive for families. The children can let off steam on the beach playground and also for the somewhat older ones there are many great offers with beach volleyball courts, sailing and surfing schools, thanks to which play and fun are guaranteed.



If you are a cook, you can feast along the promenade in the various restaurants or fish restaurants and enjoy yourself. Also as an angler you will get your money's worth on the shore or on boat trips.

Sehr schönes Feriendoppelhaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und Platz für 6 Personen. Wir als 5-köpfige Familie fanden es trotz Herbstwetter sehr kurzweilig und haben in Stralsund und im Hafen von Altefähr 4 wunderschöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, Matratzen im Elternbett sehr weich aber das ist nur unser Empfinden, wer es so mag, kommt defintiv auf seine Kosten . Ansonsten wirklich ausgesprochen gut ausgestattet. An- und Abreise verliefen ebenfalls unproblematisch. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Keine Ahnung was man hier noch schreiben sollte - habe ja schon Sterne für alle relevanten Themen verteilt. Alles war super. Wohnung war super sauber, Check-in funktionierte super, Altefähr ist auch super. Alles super.

Insgesamt ok

Check In und Unterkunft im großen und ganzen ok bis gut, aber viele Kleinigkeiten die nicht ganz so toll sind. Einige der Schrankfronten sind defekt und bieten eine Verletzungsgefahr. Wasser lief in der Toilette im ersten Stock ununterbrochen (wurde uns beim Check Out aber nicht berechnet). In Zeiten von Corona hätte ich gedacht, dass es normal wäre, wenn im Bad wenigstens ein bisschen Seife vorhanden ist. Fehlanzeige. Auch die mietbaren Handtücher (Plus Bettwäsche) für ein paar € pP sind sinnfrei, wenn im oberen Bad keine Handtuch Halter vorhanden sind. Im unteren Bad gibt es eine röhren Heizung, aber auch da wird es eng, wenn 5 Leute geduscht haben. Das Haus ist nichtsdestotrotz schön und soweit gut, aber diese Kleinigkeiten trüben das Erlebnis sehr. Während der Schließungen und Reise Verbote hätte hier sicher nachgebessert werden können...
