  • This beautiful apartment is located in a prime, very quiet spot, away from city noise and traffic, right on the beach, in a gated community with swimming pools, tennis courts, and padel courts. From the terrace, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the bay with Altea in the background and the Albir mountain and its lighthouse, located within the natural park where you’ll surely want to go for a walk among the pine trees. Down below are two idyllic coves with beach bars that are open from 9 a.m. to midnight. A 10-minute walk away is the Campomanes Yacht Club, featuring several restaurants and a mini-market. Altea—a Mediterranean gem—is a 10-minute drive from the development. There you’ll find long beaches, a wonderful seaside promenade that will take you to the next town, Albir, Altea’s famous market, numerous supermarkets, clothing stores, bars, restaurants, and the old town with its famous church. Calpe, another small neighbouring town, is just a 5-minute drive from the apartamento.Es —a magical place!
