"The staff were lovely and friendly making me feel welcome. The owner made a pint of welcoming me as I had arrived late. The staff had saved a meal of soup, salad, a cold platter and dessert for me even though it was after 21:00 by the time I arrived. The hotel is lovely with great views for the valley. The only thins that can be improved (1) to heat the jacuzzi in the indoor pool as it’s too cold (2) to add weights of 2 or 3 k at the gym (which was also great )"

"This was a nice hotel. The room was comfortable but could have done with some air conditioning as we had to leave the balcony door open to get cool air in and since the external building lights are on through the night it made the room very bright. The staff were friendly. We didn't use any of the restaurants as they didn't cater for vegetarians. The bathroom was clean but it had a very small shower cubicle which made it uncomfortable to shower in which was a bit unfortunate as the bathroom...

The maid service was terrible, did not change our towels once during our 5 day stay there, they even took my large towel after my first night there and never brought me another one even after I complained to them. I had to use hand towels to dry my body. The maids insisted on knocking on our door earl every morning even though they knew we were in the room.
