"För det första var det extremt varmt i boendet. Ingen ventilation eller ac vilket gjorde det nästan omöjligt att sova och vara i. Bottenvåningen i vårt rum (rum 16) var inte särskilt städat. Det fanns massa spindelnät och hängande spindlar. I badrummet och i vardagsrummet (nere) var det fullt med stora svarta skalbaggar som sprang runt överallt.
