Great hotel. Extremely clean. Great breakfast at the attached restaurant. Easy walk to train station and waterfront restaurants. Very modern feel. Staff was very helpful to us as first time visitors to Lucerne. Highly recommend this hotel and would most definitely stay here again.

Hotel Hottingen is small but homey. The rooms are clean and spacious. The marvelous staff Magi and (sorry I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in on Monday :( )went above and beyond in guiding me how to go out and about Zurich city. And when my son got sick, they automatically showed the genuine hospitality of reaching out to what they can help with. Thank you Ms. Magi! You made our stay in your beautiful city a memorable one.
