We were on the top floor with amazing views overlooking the city lights and streets below, along with the alps/mountains across the horizon. The staff were very accommodating and while they didn’t speak much English they made every effort to attend to us. It gave us a good opportunity to practice using our translator apps." We did not bring cars so convenient for us to walk from the hotel and short distance to the old towns. The hotel room is nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast no fault they that many various choices of food and drink. The receptionist were all helpful. Lovely stay for 2 nights.
