One of the owners personally helped us, and she was simply phenomenal — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She even went above and beyond to help us with our travel plans, looking up Bernina Express train times and sending the information to me via WhatsApp.
The breakfast the next morning was delicious and set us up perfectly for our onward journey. This was the perfect pit stop before catching the Bernina Express, and we left feeling well-rested, cared for, and very impressed. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
"The Hotel Centrale in Tirano is lovely. The check in experience was very easy. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were very well appointed.
