Minutes from the entrance of a foreshore walking trai and close to swimming beaches, this idyllic home also offers a heat pump, laundry, coffee machine and WiFi! Perfect for short or longer stays.
    The space
    The Alonnah' has been curated to provide a comfortable, short term rental for travellers to Bruny.
    Gorgeous Tasmanian Oak flooring provide a feeling of light and warmth throughout. The beautiful kitchen is fitted with quality cabinetry and benchtops and stylish Scandi roller blinds. The well-designed, built-in wardrobes maximise space and storage. This home is fully insulated and has had a recently installed heat pump to keep you warm in Winter.
    The laundry includes a washing machine and dryer and is excellent for those looking to spend upwards of a week exploring Bruny Island and Hobart.The generous L-shaped timber deck is perfect for entertaining and soaking in the extraordinary views on afternoons once you are done with your day!

In this listing there is one bedroom sleeping up to 2 guests, with hotel quality linen and toweling included. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a shower and vanity. There is also a separate toilet in the house.
    Located in the heart of beautiful Bruny Island, this property is only 1 hour driving time from Hobart City, with an easy 10-minute ferry trip and ferries depart every 20 minutes. Local services are a short, leisurely walk and include the community health centre, chemist, school, shop, pub, and beach. The close-by beach is dog-friendly and a favourite swimming spot.

A hidden gem. Well-maintained property in a quiet, scenic location close to all amenities. Perfect base for exploring all that Bruny Island has to offer. The host, Sarah, was very responsive to any messages sent to her, usually responding in less than an hour. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Alonnah

Great Stay

Location was tremendous and the property well presented. The communication process with the manager was a little clunky especially with entry codes etc. A few little items need to be corrected - light bulbs not working, utensils in the kitchen. Also there needs to be more explanation on how to operate such thinks as the TV, air-conditioning etc and especially how to dispose of rubbish.
