Beautiful rustic-style holiday villa in Almuñécar with private pool and sea views. Maximum capacity 10 pax.  
  
It has a capacity of 10 people.  
  
The villa is located in the mountains with sea views. Designed on several floors, it consists of 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 toilet inside the house and another next to the pool. Large kitchen, dining room and outdoor terrace with barbecue.  
  
It has a parking area for 3 vehicles inside.  
  
Being in the mountains, it is mandatory to use a vehicle to get around, although the distance to reach shopping areas, beach bars, and beaches is less than 10 minutes by car.  
  
Almuñécar is considered one of the most attractive tourist spots on the Andalusian coast. It is not in vain that its coastline is known with the brand of Costa Tropical, a name in keeping with its extensive beaches, its climatic conditions and its exuberant tropical and subtropical vegetation. A unique combination not only in the Iberian Peninsula, but throughout the European continent.  
  
Located in the heart of the Tropical Coast, very close to the province of Malaga, it has 19 km of coastline divided into 26 beaches and its temperatures do not drop below 16 degrees in winter, nor do they rise above 35 in summer. Among its beaches, visitors can find several overflowing with visitors and services, remote secluded coves and even one where you can practice naturism. The offer of activities related to the sea is very complete. From diving, sailing, windsurfing or kayak courses to jet ski rentals or marine excursions and charters. It also has a marina with berth and boat rental services.
