Spread over two floors, it features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a private kitchen seamlessly integrated with the living-dining area, creating a spacious and functional atmosphere. You will also have Wi-Fi, free private parking located directly beneath the apartment within the gated community, and a flexible space ideal as an office for those who need to work during their stay.



    Step outside to relax on the covered terrace and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The property offers access to a communal outdoor pool, usually open from June to October (please check dates), perfect for cooling off on warm days. You will also enjoy a shared garden, ideal for strolling and connecting with nature, as well as a charming pond with fish and frogs.



    The duplex is situated in the peaceful Arroyo Marinos residential complex, which offers excellent communal areas and a privileged location just 4 minutes from the beach and a 10-minute walk from a supermarket.
