Beautiful apartment located on the beachfront with sea views, very close to the center of Almuñecar. The complex includes community parking, two swimming pools, a tennis court, a paddle court, a basketball court, table tennis, etc. There are two restaurants within the complex and 24-hour security.
The apartment consists of one bedroom and a living room with an open-plan kitchen. It is fully equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, a sofa bed, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat-screen TV, iron, hairdryer, sheets, towels, and all necessary kitchenware. Beautiful

We stayed as a group of 3 adults, myself, husband, my mum and 3 dogs. The villa is beautiful and well equipped, very comfortable. The outside area is just great, plenty of room, different seating areas, the beautiful pool and of course the spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Ruhige Lage mit fantastischem Meerblick

Hallo, ich habe mit meiner Familie mit zwei kleinen Kinder mit 4 und 6 Jahren eine wundervolle Woche in der Nachsaison dort verbracht. Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist etwas steil aber dafür wird man mit einem tollen Blick ins Meer behlohnt. In der Nebensaison war es schön ruhig und der Weg zum Strand, um mit den Kindern zu spielen ist kurz. Buchung, Check-In und Check-Out haben problemlos funktioniert, man spricht deutsch, englisch und spanisch. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Gastgeber war sehr freudnlisch und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist am Stadtrand, wodurch ein Auto vorteilhaft ist den Standkern zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gerfallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Viel Grüße

Sehr schöne komfortable Villa am Meer

Das Haus ist super schön gelegen, nah am Strand aber dennoch total ruhig am Hang mit Blick aufs Meer und in die Berge. Zudem sehr gut ausgestattet . Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort.

Wonderful house for kids and pets.

Our son and daughter in law stayed here for 15 days. They had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful house and it was so great for their dogs. The pool was wonderful and David is a pleasure to be with. Takes very good care of his house. It's clean and roomy. We were lucky to have such beautiful weather and spend all our time by the pool or in the garden. Enough outside seating. Would absolutely recommend this house. Thank you from all of us David 🤗

Bonita casa con todas las comodidades para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Es tal cual pone en el anuncio, la piscina y las zonas exteriores geniales y la casa está muy bien también. La parte negativa es la cuesta de acceso que es muy empinada. Relación calidad-precio muy buena.

Delightful property with stunning views but tricky access

We have been to Almunecar before and love it and adore Cabria beach. Perfect for our dogs. But the access is very steep. If you don't like driving up very steep inclines or rough roads then this is not for you. But apart from that and some trouble with intermittent hot water it is lovely. Recently refurbished it is in excellent condition and very comfortable. A short walk down to a small isolated beach with three restaurants. Absolutely beautiful views.

It was a beautiful property. Modern and renovated to an excellent standard and was spotlessly clean.

David was extremely helpful and answered any questions promptly. It was the best accommodation we have stayed at in Spain and would definitely go again. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. It was a very short walk to the beach which had a few good restaurants. Particularly enjoyed eating and drinking a with the sound of the waves just a few metres away. Live Spanish band with Flamenco dancing at the weekend. The pool was great and well maintained. The chalet stayed cool with double glazing, shutters and fly screens and the bonus of air conditioning in each room if the weather got really hot. The main seaside town of Almunicar was about a mile away which we did walk once or twice but we mainly drove and parking was cheap. Almunicar had a large water park for the kids and a variety of other water sports. We need to book this Chalet early for next year before it is full.

Environnement trop bruyant

Maison impeccable comme chaque annee qui respect le descriptif. Toutefois j'aurai aimé être averti des constructions d'immeuble à côté. Le bruit constant du chantier dès le matin nous a empêché de passer de bonnes vacances avec le calme que nous recherchions. La fin des travaux étant prevu pour 2019, je ne pense pas relouer d'ici là. Sans cet inconvenient, c'est une location que je recommanderai.

Wir waren von Mitte Dezember 2016 bis Mitte Januar 2017 in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Es ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort auch um das kleinste Problem. Faire und schnelle Abrechnung der Nebenkosten. Ich kann dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Viel Vergnügen wünscht die Familie Arnold.

FIRST EXPERIENCE AT THE SEASIDE

We are familiar with Almunecar and the Costa Tropical, but until now we were renting houses uphill, like Orgiva or los Banuelos for the beautiful scenary but also the price. We wanted this time to get close to the sea to go more often on the beaches, and we were very happy to find David' s house: it is competitively priced, well equipped, with a fantastic view of the sea and at walking distance of the nearest beach were you find 2 excellent chiringuitos for drinks, tapas or food. David himself is a very nice guy and a very efficient owneryou can count with in case of any problem. We strongly recommend this house and we will most certainly rent again there next year.
