The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental features private terraces, both open and covered, for your relaxation in the evenings.

    The holiday apartment boasts a shared pool (open from April to October) and two terraces. The main terrace offers a marvellous sea view, while the back terrace can be used for clothes washing and drying.

    The property is located near the Las Palomas swimming pool, tennis and padel courts (please contact the host for reservations), public transport links and the beach. Furthermore, the area is ideal for diving and sailing.
