Beautiful Two-Story Apartment with Terraces and Elevator – Close to Marina & Beach   
  
This two-story apartment is perfectly located by a charming marina with restaurants and just a stone's throw from the beach.   
  
Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious and open floor plan with a dining area and living room, both having direct access to a large terrace. This floor also features an elegant bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there is a large, tastefully decorated bedroom that opens onto another terrace with breathtaking views.   
  
The residence is equipped with an elevator between the floors, making it wheelchair accessible. There are two small steps at the entrance, but otherwise, the entire home is easily accessible.   
  
The apartment is situated on a quiet street in the attractive area of Marina del Este in La Herradura, just a couple of minutes from both the marina and the beach. Marina del Este is known for its beautiful headland and perfect diving waters. Just 3 km away is La Herradura, a picturesque village with a long beach, many restaurants, bars, and small shops. Here, you can also participate in activities such as padel, tennis, and various water sports.
