Located in Matalascañas, this well-situated 28 m² studio accommodates up to 4 guests and features a living area and bathroom. You'll find a well-equipped kitchen, fan, TV, and washing machine. The studio offers step-free access and interior, as well as a private balcony with a covered terrace.  
  
Enjoy the shared outdoor pool, with access limited to 4 passes per apartment. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15\. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience after the beach.  
  
Parking options include shared and street parking. Pets are welcome, but smoking and parties are not allowed. Please note, there is no air conditioning, but a heater is provided for winter.  
  
This apartment, in a prime location, offers all the essentials for a pleasant seaside stay. You’ll be just 100 meters from the beach, in a quiet, accessible area, right behind the On hotel, sector M, in the Aremar building. Its proximity to the beach makes it ideal for your coastal getaway.
