One bedroom apartment with balcony and double bed in the center of Almería, new, modern, with all comforts and fully equipped with TV, WIFI, Air conditioning with heat system, safe, kitchen with washer-dryer, oven- microwave, dishwasher, bathroom with shower and sofa bed in the dining room.  
Located next to the Purchena Gate, it is ideal to enjoy the city in short or long stays, for work and leisure reasons.   
Due to its excellent location, our clients can travel on foot through the city center and visit the main monuments such as the Cathedral, the Alcazaba, the Civil War Shelters and the main museums as well as being able to enjoy the best bars and restaurants to make your own gastronomic route.
