The Poet's Fifth

La Quinta Del Poeta is a beautiful, entire rural house located in Almenar de Soria, a town and municipality in the province of Soria, within the judicial district of Soria, in the autonomous community of Castile and León, Spain.

It can accommodate up to 15 people.

The entryway is located just inside the main door of the house. Here, you’ll find personalised décor inspired by Antonio Machado, as well as some paintings and a desk where each guest can write down what they liked most about the house and all the adventures they’ve experienced.
On the ground floor, there is a hallway that connects the house’s five bedrooms. In this hallway, you’ll find a unique piece of furniture—a closet and a desk steeped in history—as well as a small balcony overlooking the house’s garden, a large rug, several chairs, and a bookcase. This hallway has adjustable heating.


The house has 7 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Soledades --> Located on the ground floor, this bedroom has two single beds. Access to this room is the easiest, as there are no steps to climb or descend.
Room 2: Campos de Castilla --> A bedroom located on the ground floor, featuring a 1.20-meter bed and a 0.9-meter bed. This room is ideal for 3 people. It is the first room on the left as you go up the stairs.
Room 3: Selected Pages --> A bedroom located on the ground floor; this room features a double bed, ideal for two people.
Room 4: Complete Poems --> A bedroom located on the ground floor; this room features two single beds, ideal for two people.
Room 5: Poems --> A bedroom located on the ground floor, accessible from the hallway. This room features a double bed, ideal for two people.
Room 6: The Land of Alvargonzález --> A bedroom located on the ground floor featuring a double bed, ideal for two people.
Room 7: New Songs --> A bedroom located on the second floor, featuring two single beds, ideal for two people.

It has 3 bathrooms, one on each floor.
The main living room features 2 sofas and 1 armchair situated in front of a fireplace and a television. It also has heating, Wi-Fi, a glass table with wooden chairs, and a dining area that seats up to 16 people. It’s a quiet and cosy place to watch TV, light the fireplace, and chat peacefully on the sofas or read a book without being disturbed.
The kitchen, located on the ground floor, is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, wood-burning oven, heating, table, chairs, a full set of cutlery, dustbin, sink, microwave, and range hood. It also includes some cleaning supplies.
The 150 m² attic/game room features a ping-pong table, 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, 1 TV, 1 bed, 1 stereo, 1 dartboard, and plenty of space to set up a game room. The entire attic is heated and includes a bathroom with a shower.

The terrace features a grill, chairs, a table, and a spacious garden where you can enjoy the nice weather.

It’s the perfect place to gather for a meal with family, friends, or coworkers outdoors.
