The living area features a comfortable sofa, a queen-sized bed with high-quality hotel sheets and duvets and a dining table for four people. Additionally, there is a private balcony where you can enjoy the view of the Tagus River. The kitchen has all the essentials you need, including an induction stove, refrigerator, and a microwave for preparing delicious meals. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, with clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. Porto Brandão is a charming coastal village nestled in the outskirts of Lisbon, Portugal, offering tourists a tranquil escape with its picturesque landscapes and authentic Portuguese charm. Visitors can explore narrow cobblestone streets lined with colourful houses, enjoy panoramic views of the Tagus River, and savour local delicacies at waterfront restaurants. The village retains a laid-back atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. Porto Brandão also provides easy access to Lisbon, allowing tourists to experience the best of both worlds – the serenity of a coastal retreat and the cultural richness of Portugal's vibrant capital. The apartment is conveniently located 10 minutes by ferry from Belém, one of Lisbon's main tourist areas. The city center can be reached in 20 minutes if traveling by car. The best beaches in the Lisbon area are just a 10-minute drive away. We recommend that you rent a car or a motorbike, parking in the apartment area is free. You can also choose to rent a bicycle to travel between Belém and Porto Brandão as the ferry accepts this type of transport. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
