THE APARTMENT:<br>The Caparica Central Apartment by HOST-POINT features a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a closet; a full bathroom with a shower; and a fully equipped kitchenette. The living room, equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV, is very spacious and bright. The space is designed for a relaxing stay, emphasising its proximity to the beaches and the city centre.<br><br>GUEST ACCESS:<br>The apartment is completely private in terms of its interior amenities, and guests will have their own access key.<br>The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an lift, but there are two flights of stairs, each with 3 steps, making access difficult for wheelchairs and moderately difficult for people with mobility challenges.<br><br>INTERACTION WITH GUESTS<br>We’ll welcome you in person, show you around the house, point out nearby attractions, and offer some local recommendations. We’ll always be nearby and available to answer questions and spend time with you whenever work allows.<br><br>EXTRA SERVICES<br>Add comfort to your stay with our shuttle service (for an additional fee), which will take you from any location directly to the accommodation and back.<br><br>THE NEIGHBORHOOD:<br>Costa de Caparica is a small fishing town known for its more than 20 kilometres of golden-sand beaches (including the naturist beaches of Belavista, 19, and Meco), for the practice of Xávega, its summer festivals, and its proximity to Lisbon. It’s a very small, safe town that’s perfect for pleasant, relaxing walks and bike rides.<br><br>GETTING AROUND:<br>In Costa de Caparica, you can get everywhere on foot—from the seaside promenade to local restaurants, supermarkets, bars, and parks. Bicycles and the small beach train are also great ways to explore the entire coastal area. There are direct buses to Lisbon that take about 1 hour, and by car or taxi, it takes 30 minutes to reach the capital’s city centre (25 km) as well as the airport. There is some free public street parking, subject to availability; it cannot be reserved and is scarcer during peak season.
