We trust you and trust you to trust us :) Inserted in a quiet area with plenty of privacy and located 3 km from the beautiful Fonte da Telha beach and the protected area of ​​the Arriba Fossil of Costa da Caparica. The house is divided into two levels being on the upper floor the suite and the remaining divisions on the ground floor. The ground floor connects directly with the garden, private pool and porch / outdoor kitchen / BBQ through the entrance door as well as a large sliding side window door. The pool is private and only for your use and features two levels; a smaller shallow area for the smaller ones that connects directly to the larger area where the deepest part reaches a maximum of about 1.5 meters deep. There is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house and garden area, both indoor and outdoor. The signal is emitted from the interior of the house via a fiber optic router. Wi-Fi credentials can be found on the fridge door. The porch has a charcoal grill (BBQ) / fireplace and also a toilet with shower. There are fixed and removable garden furniture, such as a hammock hanging from the tree (a plum tree). Next to the porch there is also an outdoor shower that serves the swimming pool. From the living room inside, a large window lets you watch the outdoor pool - great on those extra hot days when you want to shelter from the sun but still keep an eye on children who refuse to leave the pool. The garden has private secure parking and is accessed from the street through an automatic gate and can be triggered by a remote control. The parking area is cobbled, unlike most of the lawns. The salt water pool (without chemical chlorine) has automatic treatment, the engine is automatically activated at the scheduled times and is vinyl coated, being soft to the touch and better conserving the water temperature. Automatic watering treats the grass mainly during night time. The golf course of Aroeira, 2x18 holes, is a few meters from the property. In a quite area where the beach is quite close, the city of Lisbon is still quite accessible by car, boat, train or bus. (日本語は下にあります) We were looking for a house with a garage and a swimming pool. We also needed air conditioning for when it was hot. The house is ideal for people travelling around Portugal by car. Supermarkets are within walking distance and the beach is a short drive away. There are also two large shopping malls 10-15 minutes' drive away. There is also a home improvement centre and a Decathlon. Lisbon city centre requires a bridge crossing, which takes about 30 minutes. We stayed in the house during July and August. Although there was a heatwave in Spain, the house was very cool and comfortable. We only used the air conditioning once in a few weeks. There was a drip, a Makinetta and a Nespresso coffee machine. Basic facilities are provided, but there is no dryer, so you have to hang your clothes to dry. The pool is very comfortable. There is also a kitchen and BBQ facilities outside and we enjoyed the BBQ. (We bought our own charcoal). The owner is very helpful and gets back to you very quickly and will come to you if you need anything. He has been really good to us. We had a fantastic summer holiday, swimming every day with our 5 year old. Love the villa, and Ricardo is a true Gentleman, very helpful and there for you. I took my mum of 82, she loved the villa and Ricardo made us both feel very welcome.Very peaceful and tranquil, pool very well kept, Villa lay out perfect for us, top bedroom very large, and for any mobility problems, there is a bedroom on ground floor, 2 full bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, also upper bedroom has own toilet and sink. Aldi 3/5min walk away, for all grocery needs and just further on restaurants and cafes to walk to. Really recommend this villa and host. Had the most relaxing weeks stay. Seul petit bémol, il manque une douche à l'étage dans la grande chambre ou avoir l'eau chaude dans la douche au niveau de la cuisine extérieure. Si nous aurions eu cette deuxième douche, nous aurions mis un 5 car une douche pour 4 c'est un peu juste !! Malgré cela super séjour et encore merci à Ricardo. ##### Filipe F. Er war erreichbar wenn man Fragen hatte. Die Privatsfähre war immer gewährleistet. Es war sehr ruhig im Quartier und wir haben es sehr genossen. Der Pool war sauber und wir haben ihn rege genutzt. Le propriétaire nous à très bien accueilli avec une limonade maison, des avocats du jardin et des prunes. Le jardin est très agréable, avec la piscine et la cuisine extérieure. ##### Jean-Pierre G. Kleine slaapkamer beneden en maar 1 badkamer in de woning.En 1 kleine badkamer buiten die helemaal niet schoon was.Kleine steile trap naar boven waar je amper een grote tas naar boven krijgt. ##### S K.
