This cosy and comfortable accommodation is located in Capilungo, a seaside town near Alliste, just 100 metres from the sea (low cliffs)—a two-minute walk—and a few minutes’ drive from the most beautiful beaches in Salento, such as Lido Pizzo, Gallipoli, Torre San Giovanni, Leuca, etc. The accommodation features a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed available upon request, a very spacious closet, air conditioning, and is equipped with linens, sheets, two pillows, and a bedspread. Spacious kitchen equipped with all the comforts: table, chairs, refrigerator-freezer, pots, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, liqueur glasses, plates, cutlery, cups, mugs, oven, kettle, blender, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, 24-inch TV, and tablecloths. Spacious living room with a second table and chairs plus a sofa bed; another area with a second double bed and a 40-inch TV; the entire area is air-conditioned. Bathroom with double sink, bathtub/shower, hair dryer, towels, washing machine, mini ironing board, and iron. Outside, there is a patio with an area featuring sofas and armchairs, as well as a table and chairs for those who enjoy dining outdoors surrounded by nature. The house is quite spacious, comfortable, and cool. Parking is available in the adjacent area. An additional fee for air conditioning, based on usage, is payable on-site.
