IL is located along a hiking trail and close to the forest, in a former clog completely renovated, it offers modern comforts with its two bedrooms, a bright and spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, Its duplex 80 m ² offers stunning views of the Morvan countryside from its private terrace.

A multitude of outdoor activities awaits you at the little fugue: Mountain biking,, Quad, fishing, rafting, hiking, and you can indulge in the owner's passion for riding. L'endroit est calme, le gîte est joli mais peu pratique:manquent patères dans la salle de bain et dans les chambres,vaisselle insuffisante pour 4, pas d'essoreuse à salade .La table aurait méritée une nappe (saleté incrustée dans les lattes)Les lits 190X90 avec couettes trop petites, pas adaptées pour des adultes ni pour l'hiver.Les serviettes sont très très rêchesDe plus, on a dû a appelé le propriétaire le 31/12 à 20H (il n'a répondu qu'au 3ème appel)car on n'arrivait pas faire fonctionner le four . (pas de notice)Le chien du propriétaire a crotté sur la terrasse du gîte.Les 4 étoiles attribuées en 2015 et valables 5 ans sont elles encore d'actualité?

Très bien accueillie par le propriétaire, une bouteille de vin blanc offerte. La cuisine mériterait d'être rafraichie et mieux équipée pour une famille de 4 personnes. Très bonne connexion wi-fi. Extérieurs bien entretenus, attention aux personnes allergiques, beaucoup de guêpes dans la vigne vierge présente sur les murs, mon fils a été piqué deux fois.

Séjour à la petite Fugue

Le gite est facile d'accès. L'endroit est calme et reposant avec une vue dégagée qui donne sur un champ avec deux chevaux et la vallée.Notre hôte a été très réactif et sympathique.La connexion internet nous a permis de travailler et la proximité de sentiers de randonnée de profiter des forêts et des sites alentours (lac des settons). La ville la plus proche pour faire les courses est Saulieu (fromagerie, charcuterie et cave sont incontournables). Pour le tout venant, un Aldi est suffisant.

Wondermooie locatie

Philippe is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert zeer snel op vragen en helpt bij onvoorziene omstandigheden. Superhost! De enige tip die we hebben: een theedoek en handdoekje in de keuken. (Die hadden we niet meegenomen omdat handdoeken inbegrepen waren) Wat we ook heel fijn Vonden: er is voor ieder een eigen kleur handdoek! Er is een senseomachine, dus neem de juiste koffie mee en geniet van je verblijf! Gaat zeker lukken! Verder is er alles wat je nodig hebt!

"Gite rural" mit Stil

Der Gite ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - aber hat seinen Charme und eigenen Stil. Alles hat funktioniert, wie es soll - auch ohne Luxus. Die Vermieter waren absolut freundlich, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil für uns "Alte": die Treppe, denn das Bad ist unten und das Schlafzimmer oben.

Excellent accueil de la part du propriétaire. Location propre et fonctionnelle. Il nous manquait juste le soleil mais nous avons pu découvrir une belle région sauvage. Nous recommandons le gîte de monsieur Blain sans aucune restriction.
