"The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out. "Wonderful hotel in the small village of Oberstdorf. Very clean and walkable to local restaurants and bars. Hotels.com says this hotel has a bar, but it has been closed since COVID so no “bar.” That was a disappointment. You can get beer and wine from the restaurant, which is an outstanding restaurant. Breakfast is also great."
