Sanctuary on Black River Entire first floor of house ~1300sqft
On a quiet road. Close to everything but just far enough away from noise.
A 5 minute drive to Bethlehem & Lehigh U. 10 minutes to downtown Allentown.
A great central location for college visits: Desales, Moravian, Lafayette, & Muhlenberg nearby to name a few.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love nearby trails, including Black River Sanctuary just 0.5 miles away.
Less than two hours to NYC and an hour to Philadelphia. Or just relax and use this as your sanctuary.
The space
The space is the entire, private first floor (~1300 square feet) of a larger home.
*The garage, second floor, and basement are not included and are curtained off. The property is reserved solely for your use; no other guests will be present.*
--Large Kitchen:
Plenty of seating options.
Large refridgerator
Oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, and equipped guest cabinet area (see photos).
--Workplace/sitting area:
Desk/chair
Couch with pull-out single bed couch.
--Relaxing Living Room: A great place to unwind after a long day on the couch or recliner. WiFi is available of course. Cell reception is not great.
--Cozy Bedroom: Features a queen bed, a TV, dresser, end tables and a connected full bathroom with shower.
--Laundry Room: A washer and dryer are available for guest use.
--We draw our water from our well that is filtered, goes through UV treatment, and is in the entire house. It’s fresh, clean, and great-tasting.
--Front porch and backyard patio:
Places to sit and unwind.

You are welcome to use the yard space. The fenced property behind our house is our neighbor's property. So while the garden is beautiful, it is not part of the included yard spcae.
We do allow one dog for an additional $40 fee per a night.

Feel free to use the yard, front or back patio or just take a stroll around the house.
